Poor quality… Parts missing, cheap raw material, build defects. I am sending it back!

ひびが入っていて返品します。 返品したのに、返金されない。 最低です。

緩衝材に巻かれていたので元からなのか海外から来た物だからか容器部分が割れて届きました。楽しみにしていたので残念でした。

Easy to put together, size fits a whole box of cereal perfectly. Light weight and the quality is good. Not the highest quality. But for the price it’s good. I’d compare it to something from Walmart. It came in good condition - new in a box wrapped. Advise is be careful putting the pull notches on the side. Make sure they lined up correctly and hold it in place and screw it. With a proper screw driver tightly. And it will tighten. I saw a lot complaints about that. When I went to put it together I noticed that it was because you have to line it up when you place the pull notch. You’ll know what I’m talking about. Because you’ll feel it go in place when you put it on. Than you want to hold it and screw it. Once I did that it’s perfectly good. It’s great for my daughter. Who I’m currently teaching her to be self dependent. When it comes to certain things. I want her to feel capable of doing things on her own. That are age appropriate. This is great start in the kitchen. I was skeptical but for now it works exactly how it’s intended. I just received it today. I’ll come back if I notice anything changes.

One Came with a crack which isn’t ideal when the cereal will go stale.

I got one of these back in May of 2023 to use for my "pet food station" but I never set it up until this weekend. It's fantastic! I'm buying another one today. I'm sure it will get refilled every 4 or 5 days so I don't see the food going bad or stale in that short amount of time. The top lid part seems to have a good tight seal. It's much studier than I anticipated. The levers work well. Like anything plastic, tighten it enough but don't over tighten so it breaks. You'll know when it's right because you can feel it when you're screwing the levers in. I had a hard time at first getting the plastic food container latched into the base correctly and then I realized it has a lock/unlock on the back of the base. It helped to unlock it. Still, I took my time getting it together to make sure it went in correctly. You have to push it down a bit in the back to really get it flush. I was a little worried I might break it but I didn't. Whew! Like I said, I'm buying a second one now for my smaller dog's kibble but I probably won't fill it as much as the storage space/volume would allow since the little one gets so much less food, just to ensure it doesn't go stale. As far as figuring out how much is dispensing, I've tried eyeballing the amounts that come out and then measuring it to see if I got it right and I'm terrible at that, so I'm going to just mark my dogs' bowls with the line up to which they get food. I tried to think of things that make my life harder and what I could do to make my life easier, just small things, and constantly bending over to scoop out dog food from bags was something I realized I hate doing. Then one dog also gets some canned food, so back and forth to the fridge. Then the dog food bags are always in the way in the pantry. So setting up a little area in my kitchen as a dog food station with the dog food kibble dispenser(s) & I added a mini six-pack fridge for the canned food really has made it so much easier to feed the pups twice a day! I wish I had gotten around to this sooner but it's done now and I'm very happy! So overall for the price and use, for me at least, this is a good deal and I would recommend it!

these are nice but I feel like you cant use it for cereal, they got stale fast
