There excellent. When I have a tummy ache I take it and it binds all the toxins and takes away all the bacteria 🦠 and my tummy feels better.

Works as research would suggest
This product is good. The taste of the capsul itself isn't pleasant, but if you don't care about that, it's a good product. Using activated charcoal works a lot like Metamucil Fiber does; it absorbs and binds things together making bathroom trips cleaner. However, do your research because it's not healthy to use on an ongoing everyday basis, like a supplement.

We use whenever we feel a bug coming on or was exposed to somebody who didn't feel well within the past 24 hours. Does seem to work well in those instances.

A must have for home remedies!
This product can be used for so many things. For example, my daughter and husband got food poisoning, and I gave them each four of these. They woke up feeling better. My dog came in with her face swollen, and I alternated charcoal with Benadryl (4 hours apart), and didn’t even have to go to the vet! I’ve also made face masks with these capsules and toothpaste. Charcoal absorbs toxins as they bind to the charcoal and eventually leave through your digestive system. It’s a wonderful supplement for a home apothecary! Keep in mind it can cause constipation if a lot is taken and it will absorb herbs and medications as well, if taken within two hours of each other.

May Not Work for Everybody.
The only dislike is that the capsules are kinda big and messy. They would stick to the back of my throat. Unfortunately they didn't work for me either. They did nothing for the bloating, nor indigestion. Although not sure if they were supposed to help with that. The detox I don't know either. I just continue to take them in case it is doing something in the way of detoxing at least.
