Worked great for 6 uses before self-destroying
I rarely need to use my air system and only got about 6 uses from this hose reel before it jammed. I opened the unit and found the plastic ratchet mechanism had self destructed…

Works well for price point.
This is my second purchase of this unit. Both are still in use (garage and outbuilding). The first one (4+ yo) retracts better than the new one, which stops about a foot short of completely retracting. Both are mounted on the outside of garages and stand up to Nebraska weather very well! Super handy to be able to inflate automobile, lawn tractor, and bicycle tires... also great for pool inflatables with the right size compressor and attachments.

easy to install.
Works great, this is the second one I bought. First one lasted 8 years.

Not 50 feet
Received today and anxiously installed. Went to see how far it would reach and low and behold, there is only 25ft of hose. Measured it with a 25ft tape and they were identical.So it either has a weird stop that only lets half out or we were sold short.

Cheap thin air line hose missing bolt and plastic washer.
Was missing a bolt and plastic washer that mounts to wall and round hose holder..
