Delicious nuts
I like the variety of nuts in the package, they are fresh and are a good size for portion control. I like that they are unsalted for a healthier snack. They are a perfect size to throw in your purse for a nutritious on the go snack. I will definitely buy these again.

Good but expensive

Healthy energy boost so you don’t eat junk food while out.
I really like this product. Perfect portion size- the individual packets are just 180 calories. Enough of a quick snack to give me energy to power me through mid day when I’m on the go. No need to stop and spend $ on something unhealthy or a meal larger than what I need to hold me until dinner. Good deal money wise too. I keep a couple of packets in my work bag and replenish as needed. Try this. You’ll love them too!

Perfect healthy snack of hold over to next meal
Really like the variety of nuts you get in these fresh sealed packs. It would take a lot of effort to buy all these nuts in bulk , divide them out nutritionally equal and then seal them in a fresh pack. Feel it is well worth the money. It is also great for portion control, if I have a bag or jar of nuts, I guarantee I will not stick to the suggested serving size. If I miss breakfast and have a pack mid morning it will hold me over til lunch. The packs I received were well packed for a serving size and were always fresh.

Energy mix
All the good nuts! I hate getting nut mixes that were 50% peanut (my least favorite nut.) This mix has all the best ones- including hazelnut & Macadamia nut! I store in the freezer to keep fresh longer.

Just right
I’m sensitive to caffeine. This provides enough energy to take the edge off of being tired without getting the shakes. Also healthy and portion size which helps with weight management and for on the go. Thank you!
