Disappointing Experience with Installation Service - Not as Expected
I recently purchased the Havells Flagro with high expectations, especially given the brand's reputation. The product itself seems fine, but my experience with the installation process was extremely disappointing. The day after delivery, I received an SMS stating that the demo and installation had been initiated. However, when the technician called to confirm the installation, he asked for the liter size of the geyser. Upon informing him that it was a gas geyser, he abruptly informed me that the installation service would not be free of charge. According to the technician, I would have to pay ₹550 for the installation, as this service is not covered under the free demo and installation, despite Havells automatically initiating the request on my behalf. I believe this is highly misleading. When a brand initiates an installation request, it should be understood that this service is part of the product's offering, and I did not expect to be charged extra. The technician did not even come for a demo, which should have been free, as per standard practice. This lack of transparency and the unexpected additional cost left me very dissatisfied with both the product and the overall experience. I would have appreciated better communication about the charges and a more professional approach to customer service. Based on this experience, I am not happy with my purchase and would advise future buyers to confirm all installation charges beforehand.

Defective product
Recieved a defective product. When igniting with attached to wall, not working, no led showing. But when removed and kept on bed for return, before removing batteries, i turned on and its working. Again i kept on wall not working. Such loose and cheap circuit inside it seems. Glad am returning this product.
