This Planner Refill Really Believes I Have My Life Together
The Lovgiver 2026-2027 Monthly Planner Refill arrived fully convinced I’m the kind of person who meal preps, answers emails on time, and remembers appointments without panic. Ambitious of it, honestly. But in fairness, this refill is actually really well done. The pages are clean, spacious, and easy to read without feeling cluttered or overwhelming. The colorful laminated tabs make flipping between months ridiculously convenient, especially for those of us constantly checking what day it is because time has become a social construct. I also appreciate that it’s already hole-punched for multiple ring setups, so there was no wrestling match with a hole puncher while questioning my organizational abilities. The paper quality feels sturdy enough to handle normal pens without excessive bleed-through, and the monthly layouts give plenty of room for appointments, reminders, deadlines, or writing “buy groceries” six separate times. The July 2026–December 2027 range is nice too because it gives enough planning space without committing to a five-year life strategy. Let’s stay realistic. Overall, it’s functional, attractive, and makes me feel approximately 73% more organized just by existing on my desk.

Thick pages, well organized, the date box is too small, need magnifying glass to see the holidays
Seeing that it's small and easy to carry around, I decided to get this monthly planner inserts. I'd have to say the quality is pretty good: 1. The pages are thick enough that ink won't bleed through 2. The colored tabs make it easy to find the months and/or each section 3. Has 2 clear plastic pages front and back for durability 4. You can see clearly the printed month and dates on each page 5. Has 2 pages for notes for each month - one at the beginning of the month and one at the end 6. No noticeable defects Since it didn't fit my planner (not the product's fault), I added metal rings to hold them together and it works fine. What I don't like about this: 1. The holidays printed on it or super tiny - I'd have to use a magnifying glass in order to read it 2. The box for each day is just too small for me, even the notes & goal sections - if you tend to write in shorthand or codes, then it's perfect for you. I actually don't see the usefulness of the notes & goal sections (too small to write anything!) on the same spread as the month when you already have a page dedicated for it before the month and after the month. 3. The holidays on the back page - the print is way too small. It is useful to have the holidays all on one page, but if you're like me, be prepared to use a magnifying glass or reading glasses to read it. I probably won't use this section at all. The item is exactly as described on the product page, but the design could be better to make the boxes bigger. If you have a hard time reading small print or need more spaces to write your appointments or events, this small size planner inserts may not meet your needs.

Good planner refill
I, for one, am not such an organized person and wouldn't use this. However, my spouse often uses planner and gone through many of them. I've found this is really nice to have for them. They can put into their choice of binder and organize their daily plan. The overall appearance looks nice. The quality feel pretty good. the separate monthly tabs make it easy for them to find the months they're looking. Since it's refillable, the old ones can be taken out and store neatly and organized while spacing a lot of space then having multiple of random looking planner. The downside of it is that it's not the same as those nice looking planner. However this is much more cost efficient solution.

Compact, but has everything I need in a planner
I love the size of these Lovgiver planner refills—I chose the 5.5” x 8.5” (Medium) size. For me, the portable size was too small and the folio size too large. I wanted something with enough space to allow detail, yet small enough to tuck into a purse. Medium fits the bill, but it might not be for everyone. I don’t need two-page spreads for each week of the year, but you might. I prefer keeping appointments on the two-page monthly calendar, and then making more detailed notes elsewhere. Instead of 52 two-page weeks, this planner offers a few monthly “To Do” pages for each month. There’s a column for filling in the specific date, and then as much room as you need for the details. I love that flexibility, and it takes much less room. My only caution: be sure you order the right ring size. The Medium planners can go into a 7- or 3-ring binder, but won’t fit a 6-ring binder. These refills are part of a larger plan I’ve put together to revitalize my approach to planning my schedule. I bought a 7-ring zip-up binder for the refill. It has inner pockets on the left side, as well as an elastic loop for a pen. On the right side top is a slit/opening that fits a 5” x 8” legal pad for notes, doodling, whatever I need. What I like about this setup is that I can take the planner anywhere I go and carry along a shopping list, jot down info, tuck away somebody’s biz card or a takeout menu, or make plans for a future date on the spot.
