fantastic for children and adults. Every familY with children should have this to empower them in a fun educational way without them knowing it. it was useful to me and I am 61 years old and have done self hypnosis for decades for sleep and pain

Metaphorical Tales
I purchased this book as it was recommended to me by our Hypnotherapy instructor. I have three grandchildren and we love looking and reading the book together.

It's a classic-but I find myself changing the stories
The ideas are helpful, the language is not comfortable, so I find myself changing the stories when using this tool in sessions with children.

Incredibly useful and beautifully illustrated book for children
I bought this book for childrens hypnotherapy practice. It turns out to be an incredibly beautifully illustrated book for children,with lots of great messages for all young children,never mind being so useful for hypnotherapy for kids with problems. Only regret is not having it when my own kids were young!

Great book for parents and therapists.
This is a brilliant book for therapists or parents of children who have issues. Lovely pictures, metaphors and stories to keep the child’s interest.

It works!
Was recommended this by a hypnotherapist to assist in helping to stop my child thumb sucking and it worked! That I a the highest recommendation that can be given. Fantastic and lots of different conditions/problems covered in the different stories and it tell you which ones to use. Would definitely recommend.
