B.E.S.T. 55048 Rubber Roof Cleaner/Protectant - 48 oz (Packaging may vary)

We like this product for its ease of use and how well it removes the dirt. We use a firm bristle brush and together they don't require too much muscle. We only have been using once per year since our camper is covered for about 7 months of the year, but we are pleased with the protection it appears to offer. We have a 35 foot travel trailer and one bottle has lasted us for three cleanings (you dilute the solution 1:1 with water to use) so we think it is a good value.

It’s a small bottle and a 1:1 ratio. Even with rinsing the brush before dunking the bucket water got so dirty. I really needed two bottles for the roof on our 26’ camper. I was on a ladder and using a soft bristle brush. This is a 2022 camper, don’t think the roof has ever been cleaned (we just bought it used).

Works great. We try to treat roof of our rv every year. This provides UV protection so easy to apply.

Been using this for several years on our camper roof, but couldn’t find it locally. It is a good quality product recommended by a lot of camping suppliers. It was priced comparable to previous retailer I was buying from. I am a prime shopper so shipping was free so saved my gas money. Package arrived sealed and in good condition. Buy what works.

So I bought this used toy hauler - from a dealer none the less. Anyway, the roof was gross and looked like it had never been washed - 2015 trailer. I actually thought it may have a tan roof, nope. The BEST cleaner was mixed 1:1 as suggested in directions, put it on with a soft bush and just started moving it around in small 6 ft sections. The cleaner would start to remove the grime after about 30 seconds - then I followed it up with a soft cloth to get any stubborn stains. This product worked exceptionally well! Make sure to follow the direction and rinse the side of the rv, I actually washed it with my rv soap, seems like the protectant does get a tad sticky while drying.

I didn’t have a soft bristle brush so I just used a large sponge. It took off most of the dirt easily with minor scrubbing. Very slick when wet. Left a little residue when I didn’t flush it off well enough on the sides. I mostly concentrated on keeping the solar panels flushed off. I’d buy it again.

Good cleaner and protection. Good value and quality.
