I drink a lot of broth, and these dehydrated vegetable flakes are great to add just a little more substance. They taste just like the veggies before dehydrating. Well done!

Love it!! So hard to find a mix that doesnt have mushrooms in it, and I couldn't be more pleased. I did boil them for a couple minutes before adding the noodles, and I think it made a big difference. I only have to use about 1-2 teaspoons for a bowl of Ramen, so this is going to last a while! Will be buying again when I run out. Excellent flavor

It's pretty good. I bought this to use while camping and to add to ramen. Like several other reviewers, my pack did come with a whole lot of powder at the bottom; i'm assuming it's mostly parsley and onions. Those may be fine for some of you're buying this as a veggie base for your soup. I intended this to be a mix-in so this was disappointing. I wanted actually pieces; I didn't buy this for powder. It's like buying peppercorn but given ground pepper. It's not what I wanted and it wasn't what was advertised. Some reviews claim that there's pasta in the mix. What they're seeing is probably potatoes and not pasta at all. As is, it's not great and it's a bit too sweet for my taste/uses. I threw out the powder and then mix the rest with a large bag of dried cabbage and a small bag of dried green onions. That turned out pretty good.

I'm on my third bag of this and it's the best and most original dried vegetable mix I've ever found. What makes it special is the dried sweet peppers and the sweet potato. The peppers have a very nice flavor, it extends throughout any soup you make with it and they're definitely not bland like some of the sweet peppers I've found in other dried vegetable mixes. And the sweet potatoes are a real surprise; they don't interfere with the regular taste but when you come across bits of them in your soup, it's a special little sweet surprise. And the parsley is good as well. They obviously work for adding some vegetables to ramen noodles, but their usages much more varied than that. I put them in my potato soup, I put them in my pasta sauce, I even put them in my meal substitute powder to give it some vegetables... and it just keeps working. So yeah, I've become quite enamored of this and maybe I'm going a little overboard, but I really do like the stuff.

Not a fan, came quickly but very powdery and dusty and tastes like mostly onions. Was hoping for larger pieces of cabbage, etc.

Great selection, when i saw potato i was worried it would be full of fillers and cheap vegetables but its clear some thought was put into it and everything is balanced. It does not have any spices or sodium so you can add it to literally anything or use it on its own as a base. The parsley is a nice touch and makes the flavor pop even without seasoning. My only gripe is the packaging, it comes in a sealed plastic bag so it can get crushed, and secondly the veggies can poke a hole in the bag. Mine was airtight thankfully but inspect before first use.

I put this in a mason jar for my son in law to eat with his ramen.

Just ordered more. It’s my third bag. Seasoning is great

Too expensive for what is here. Would not recommend, will never buy again.
