Seiko 24" Classic Six City World Time Wall Clock

This six-city clock is absolutely wonderful. It works perfectly - all clocks stay in sync and keep good time. It helps me to stay a lot more organized these days! It's heavier than I expected, but it's quite sturdy and seems built to last - so that's a good thing. It's quite attractive and helps to set an atmosphere of class and high expectation. It helps me think, act, and perform in line with my aspirations to be a world-wide enterprise rather than just operating on the present-day small-business level. Beautiful, functional, inspirational clock. I highly recommend it.

I've been interested in finding an attractive world clock for my amateur radio station and found it with this beautiful Seiko Six City World Timezone Clock. The clock arrived well packaged and included magnetic strips with the names of cities around the world that easily affix under each clock. The strips can be removed and replaced with other cities around the world. There is even a blank strip or two that one can engrave with another location of one's choice. It's a great concept and Seiko's reputation in making quality timepieces helped make my decision to purchase this item. Also included in the package are six batteries - one for each of the six clocks, a template for hanging the beautiful wood framed clock on the wall and two screws. I suggest using wall anchors to provide greater support for this large clock. This timepiece would make a great addition to any home or business.

I love my world clock. Only thing that I wish was different would be all magnetic not just by the preselected slot.

Useless mechanics on the clocks, hopeless to fix. Decorative but a disappointment on the fixing and adjusting clocks

The clock works well and packaging was adequate, no issues there. What I don't like: * The board is not one solid piece but split in the middle -- this is not that noticeable from the distance but from around 6ft the line is very visible, especially when light falls on the board at an angle. * Reflective surface of the map can look really nice but if you have light shining at it from relatively close distance, it becomes difficult to look at and outlines of the map are harder to see * The clock is unnecessarily heavy * Huge black hanging loops exposed above the board. It is a lot easier to hang but doesn't look good -- I expected hanging mechanism to be hidden behind the board * Huge Seiko logo on the bottom left What I like * It is well made and looks good/solid * Doesn't look cheap, although it also doesn't look like it should cost as much as its MSRP While I did list a number of negatives about this product, it is a really unique piece and I didn't find anything like it from a reputable company. It looks good as a wall art and very useful for someone who needs to monitor multiple time zones. Sadly, magnets could not get attached to the board, otherwise it could be used to mark places on the map (e.g. visited places). There are magnets behind city placeholders. If I could change one thing about it, I would make the map one solid piece instead of having it split in the middle -- it really makes it look bad under some lighting conditions.

Large but very functional world clock

Didn't realize how amazing this thing is until I got it up on the wall. Everyone that comes into my apartment is immediately attracted to it. At times I find myself just staring at it. As a fan of clocks and the displaying of time, this is one of the best additions I've made to my home and life. Money well spent and I highly recommend this piece for anyone's home or office.

My husband wanted a world clock for his office as he has business contacts in multiple time zones. It was really hard to find something stylish that was suitable for home. This clock is perfect !! We love it.
