I've been using this product for quite a while and its very effective. Take a few drops down the back of your throat daily or twice a day for health benefits. I mainly take it to prevent/rid mucus and colds/flus. Really helps your immme system. If I feel a tingle I take it and my sypmtoms disappear. You can take it when u feel congestion coming on or even when you are fine but know that you are going to be around large crowds and/or have a busy time. My issue is the product suddenly changed (as with most things I love) and its tastes and smells nasty and completely different now. I'm not sure why they changed it or maybe I got a bad one I dont know. So its making it harder for me to take it but I still am just less frequently. Also the price has gone up quite a bit. I used to pay $14 and now its $20. To go up in price and have worse quality is not a good look. Lets hope it works just as well.

My Fiancé and I just started using the product. We are happy with it so far and just ordered a second bottle to keep at our lake house. I will be honest and say the first time I tried it the taste was a bit strange but I got used to it very quickly. It has a bit of a peppery kick, but not in a bad way.

When I first started taking this, I could tell immediately it started making my stomach feel better and I don’t have indigestion on the days. I don’t take it. I wake up in the morning with the indigestion. For me, it’s a mixture of kind of a celery or cumin flavor. I love both so it works for me.

Definitely has a motor oil taste. It's not peppery at all. I've just started taking it for three days and haven't noticed anything changes yet. Not so sure on the potency.

I have used good quality black seed oils before and they didn’t smell like this one. Very strong, overpowering chemical smell like gasoline or diesel. Won’t be purchasing again.
