[GGT Tiger] Unisex High Top Sneakers Elastic ROUND Rubber Shoelaces (3 colors) / Boots compatible

I've looked all over for round,short boot/high-top sneaker length elastic (not plastic). These were some of the only ones I could find for anything close to a reasonable price. I ordered brown and black to be used with short work boots that are worn mostly for at school and need to be taken on and off quickly. I was torn between giving 3 stars or 4 stars and went with 4 because the laces look nice, are round and stretchy. My concern is that when they are used in shoes that have metal rings that are not completely smooth or that have the hook-and-eye type of lacing (like in work boots, hiking boots, etc.) the laces are going to "saw" against the metal and get cut to ribbons. If you are gentle with these they probably will last for a while, but if you have to constantly stretch the shoe against the laces they might not last all that long. I had no other options, so I'm giving these a try and hoping for the best.

exactly as described. round elastic laces are somewhat difficult to find, but are so much better and stronger than the flat elastic laces, especially for boots. i just bought some rockin little lace-up booties and i hate the tedious tying and untying of the laces (OK, i'm lazy) - put these laces in as soon as they arrived and they were perfect.

These elastic laces are great, I put these on my work boots, I was sceptical if the laces would be too stretch and not hold my foot, however, if anything I find they now hold my foot better than previously. Taking boots on/off as I go in/out of houses is now much faster as I do not have to stop and tie laces.

I bought these laces for some LL Bean Chukka boots so I could use them as slip-ons. The laces are a bit longer than called for per the boot size, but in all other respects they're doing a great job. I didn't comment on the questions referring to the Unisex Sneakers for obvious reasons.

Great alternative to standard cotton laces, actually make the shoes more comfortable by having a bit of stretch as the shoe flexes. My ONLY complaint is that the selection of colors and sizes are so limited.

These are great! Put them on a pair of Sorrel snow boots that go up over my ankles and now I can slip them on and off! Hurray!
