I've been told to never buy a multi vitamin by a few different health doctors unless they do tests on them and most don't so you're better off buying separately and this vitamin pack is great and a really good price some of the vitamins are a little big and I know some people have issues swallowing large pills but other than that I definitely recommend

Product seems to help energy and proformance

I have used this product for years with no problems however, recently after taking a partial packet I felt light headed and dizzy as if I was poisoned. I always keep activated charcole with me for situations like eating food that has gone bad because it binds to toxins to allows the body to safely remove the poisons from the body. As soon as I could I took the charcole and the symptoms started to subside over a period of a couple hours. I did not take the entire pack at one time so a couple days later took one of several pills that were left over from the pack and the same thing happened. This product should be reported to poison control for a thorough investigation. They have lost me as a customer and only hope that others can learn from my experience. I dont know if this is a one off tainted batch but the symptoms were severe enough to cause me to ban this product from my daily vitamine regimane. Be careful! I have 2 additional containers that will have to be tossed out or delivered to poison control so they can look into this.

I could write an incredibly long detailed review about the nutrient profile, ingredient quality, and value etc but it really isn’t necessary in this case. I’ve been using this exact multi for over a decade and to knowledge there isn’t a more complete multi vitamin pack with quality ingredients for even double the cost. Never had any issues with quality or packaging as well. Individual packs are always sealed securely and no pills are ever damaged. Seriously just buy it.
