I’m sprouting Rani beans, excellent so far. Pic showing Rani mung(front/right,) and Rani black urad(front/left,) 1/4 cup dried beans in each jar, I’ll use a little less next time, the jars filled up too soon. I have Rani chickpeas stored in the fridge, and Rani moth coming soon that I intend on sprouting with besides cooking with. Great company I use their spices, and dals also.Edit: Here’s a pic of the moth, too many beans to start with again! Two Tbs should be perfect. I’ve acquired a whole collection of Rani beans to sprout. They have others that haven’t made it to the Amazon Rani Store page, try searching for black beans for instance. note some are from India, and others from the USA. I’m so impressed with Rani’s quality, I’m now testing whether their spice seeds sprout, fennel, cumin, etc.

Pure organic mung beans ..I soaked forv4 hours rinse out and cook for less than 30mins..now I can enjoy with rice and it’s healthy , filling and delicious!

I had to run it on slow boil for 50 minutes. I don't see an issue with that. I did not have a pressure cooker handy.

Excellent mung beans for sprouting. These are the best mung beans that I have ever purchased for using to sprouting.

The manufacturer packaging of this product is not strong enough to withstand the delivery process. There was a hole in the bag, and most of the beans had spilled inside the amazon box. For that reason, I would not recommend buying this brand. Other brands have stronger packaging that can handle shipping.

I’ve ordered from them before and always been happy with my purchases. I keep mung beans sprouting in constant rotation. ✔️

I mainly use to sprout, germination rate is very good and they taste great.
