Game review
A great game for all ages. It is more difficult than it seems when using the timer. It’s challenging which is why I love it.

Best family fun game
This game is SOOO much fun! It’s challenging for all ages and quality is superb. These sell out so quickly during holidays at target, so it’s nice to see them on Amazon. The size is perfect for everyone to play. Functionality, great.

Big hit in Speech Therapy!
I am a pediatric speech language pathologist and I was gifted this product as a new teaching tool in my speech room and I must say it is a big hit with all my children and it is actual quite versatile as a teaching tool. For the kids on my caseload working on language I have them identify the objects on their list and describe or answer questions about them. For my students with articulation/speech sound deficits I have them make sentences using their speech sounds or give them a carrier phrase to use when they have found the object that includes their sound. It has also been very useful for students that have issue with sustained attention to tasks bc there is a timer and only requires each student to look for objects for a short period of time. Another reason why I love this game is that it is not a traditional board game and it does not require a “winner.” I have found many of my students have not adjusted to “losing” in a game and the fear of losing often impacts their ability to participate/work on their goals/targets. I have notified this game is occasionally challenging for some students that display issues with visually scanning, but I have adapted it by just not using the timer/allowing the students to look for 1 object for an unlimited amount of time. Overall I must say that I have found it as a useful edition to my speech therapy kit!

My nephew and I love this game!
My 6 yo nephew is a huge fan! And this is one of those games that I never tire from playing with him. It is fun and fast-paced, and he has no idea he is learning while playing it. There are so many shapes and when you have a few people all digging around in the bowl, this game proves challenging and mentally-stimulating. I also like that he can grow with it. Right now, he uses the gray cards and finds the shapes in any color. As he gets older and gets even better at the game, he will switch to the colored cards (i.e., he would have to find 6 different shapes, each in a particular color) for an added challenge. To level the playing field now, he plays the gray cards and I play the colored. My only complaint and reason for the loss of a star is the 15-second timer. Even as an adult, you just can't find anything in 15 seconds. You get 2 shapes max and it kind of gets old to stop and start so often. When we first started playing, we actually played without a timer at all and ended the round when the first person found all 6 shapes. Now, we just set a 45-second or 1-minute timer on my iPhone and go by that. If you have a longer timer from a game you no longer use, you should use that and just get rid of the 15-second timer. Overall, this was a great purchase and I recommend for kids of all ages, 5 and up. I say 5+ because there are SO MANY little pieces. You need a child who is old enough to A) not try to swallow them or put them up their nose, and B) not lose any of them.

So much fun for all ages
This is such a fun game. Seems so elementary, but everyone in my family loves playing it. My sister had this game first and I wanted one for my own house.

Nice game
I bought this for my preschool class. They love it. I love how easy it was to teach them the rules so they can play it independently. I also like that there is an option of not having to match up colors. It would be nice if there was a small digital timer instead of the sand. That way kids could play solo if they wanted to.

Favorite game, kids can play on their own...
My 7 & 4 year old are able to play this game on their own, so it is great for times when they need to entertain themselves. They both really like this game, so it is played frequently around our house. This is a game where the adults don't have an advantage, which is nice. My 7 year old is hands down the best player in the house, which the kids really like since a lot of games lean towards being easier for the adults. The only thing I'm not crazy about is there are so many pieces, and if even one piece is lost it can permanently prevent a card from being able to win. It would be better if instead of having six items per card and you need to find every item, if they had eight items per card and you had to find six of them. That way if one of the little pieces was lost it wouldn't have such an impact. There also is no bag provided to hold the pieces, so we've added a ziploc to our set. This would not prevent me from repurchasing, overall it is a great game addition for us.

I'm very disappointed with this product. Some parts were not put in the box. My game missed one green guitar.

The game didn't pass quality control but was packed for selling. It came without one piece, which defeats the purpose of the game. It is disheartening because both the seller and Educational Insights have told me that it is impossible to get the missing piece by itself and it is not easy for me to send back the item via shipping during this difficult time as it is an international item.
