These are hands down one of my favorite egg noodles! I love their texture, taste, and how perfectly they cook up every time. They pair wonderfully with a variety of dishes, making them super versatile. These noodles are well worth it, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good egg noodles. I’ll definitely keep buying them!

good product, just like old fashioned noodles

I love chicken soup, but it’s hard to find noodles that don’t alter the flavor. For that reason in love the manischevitz fine egg noodles. But my wife likes the large thick noodles. So these medium size are a fair compromise for us, as long as I don’t put too much of it in the soup. As to cooking time, I take the recommendation as a suggestion. I don’t like al dente so I cook the noodles about half again as long. It’s the last thing I put it in the chicken soup. Yumm. Like all pasta, these noodles are very versatile as side dishes for roasts and vegetables, and I also use them instead of spaghetti or macaroni. Much better flavor.

easy to prepare, size of noodles is ideal for soups and taste is good. Noodle is on the thick side.

Perfect for kugel.
