Not for a 70 pinto
Didnt fit my 1971 ford pinto trunk i had to cut the frame where it mounts to and its alil bit longer than original

Seems to be good quality but does not fit foxbody mustang with a hatchback.
Lock did not fit my truck had to cut rod down to make it work and the ad said it would fit my car. So if you have a 1988 mustang gt hatchback you have to modify the rod to make work. The price was right but did not fit well. It works great now though
