The brows were not what I expected. The color is too light. They do not look natural. I am returning for a refund.

Horrible

I gave one star because it came in mail within days. First time I would try this, and so saddened, and heartbroken. One was full and dark, and the other was misses hair in spots. Also a hard substance on hair, it’s like the worst synthetic material I’ve come across. I just put a little water on hair, and then the hairs stood up in all directions like as if I was going for bushy cave person appearance. Afraid to try again because I don’t have much money, yet alone waste on a product I could not use even once. I was tired of being teased for no hair on my face from radiation, and was hopeful this would help, but maybe I just had bad luck and received a defective product.
