Neds an extension if using cordless drill
Use pan head screws and an actual handheld screwdriver. Or an extension on your driver. My battery operated drill doesn’t allow a 90 degree position for attaching screws without an extension.

Good product. Comes with plastic wrap on each one that is a pain to remove but one off they are great
