Hi. Without measuring it. I would say at least 3ft.

Q: Can you please tell me with a 65"(height 92cm) tv mounted at it's highest setting, what is the distance from the bottom of the tv to the floor?

Its not as high I expected, when I tried to mantle my 55 LED on. You get 50-60 cm from floor to bottom of tv. Also, it was very bad quality, loose joints. I wouldn't put my tv on it. Sent it back. It's my opinion, but you might get lucky.
