Good quality boom box. There is an am fm radio that you have to tune too, but I love it for the nostalgia. Great size, not too big and the sound quality is good. Great to just sit in a room and play normally. There is no remote control, but the cd function works very well.

This cd player is great. I wanted it mainly to use with batteries in bad weather in case we lose power and it didn’t disappoint. It’s much lighter than my old one. Highly recommend!

The radio was a gift for someone out of state. As far as I know the person likes it.

Purchased for our Aunt who lives in a nursing home. Easy to use and gives her the music she enjoys.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a CD player in 2024, years after I threw out my CD collection but here we are. We wanted to give our 8 year old some music autonomy without handing her a screen and figured a CD player was the way to go. (It was. She LOVES it. If you are thinking about doing the same for your kid - dive in! Just not with this player.) Unfortunately, this CD player garbage. I should have listened to the 1 star reviews. Upon taking it out of the box you can feel that it is cheaply made. (I realize it was priced low, but I wasn't expecting it to feel like it was made of recycled plastic water bottles.) The first thing you will notice when you turn it on is the sound quality. I wasn't expecting high def, but I WAS expecting it to sound better than my iphone speakers or at least equal to them. Which shockingly, it did not. It didn't even sound close. How can something 30 times the size of an iphone sound WORSE? (Others have mentioned the ridiculous placement of the power switch. That's just annoying.) But that's not all! We got one with a headphone jack so my daughter could listen to it quietly while doing homework or in the early mornings. (There is only so much T.S. we can listen to, but she can listen endlessly!) When we plug in headphones, the entire unit turns off. So the headphone jack was broken from Day 1. We immediately processed a return. I realize there isn't much competition in the CD player market in this day and age, but how did something so cheap actually make it to production? Listen to the 1 star reviews!

Used it for three days and it started to skip. Cleaned head, lid and disk, and moved CD player to a place less likely to get bumped or anything and it still skips.

Got this for my three year old. It’s easy for her to use and sounds great! Not too big and i like that it can be corded or battery operated. She loves switching out her cds.

Didn't have room for a big stereo system so this little CD Player was perfect. Easy to store or use. Color is fun and price fit exactly what I wanted to spent. For the money sound is great.
