The truffles were a great size and certainly worth the money paid, wonderfully strong and aromatic.

The ingredient list on the product does not match with the advert. The item contains "truffle flavour" which is not stated within the advert itself, anything that requires truffle flavouring is not a quality truffle. This is an obvious case of false advertising and due to it being a food item, I am apparently unable to return it. I tried ages to find a truffle product that dosn't contain any artifical mess for the purpose of training a dog, so I'm disappointed this was not the one. Even more disappointed that I can't get my money back, so in short, lied to and scammed. I will be taking this up with amazon.

Don’t expect a strong truffle flavour

This is a great product, really tasty! It’s not the same texture as a regular truffle, it’s more crumbly, but that doesn’t bother me as it’s so convenient. It’s excellent value for money and has plenty of flavour, I’ve bought it before and I’ll buy it again.

Too soft, completely unusable

Let it marinate with whatever you want to cook it with and u will be happy with the result. They, of course, are not a truffe noire from the perigord, but at this price and after having bought all varietes from this brand, yes that is a good deal for an everyday, simple lunch. No leakage, jar was very well packed. Good texture, taste ok, smells good, size is fair. Good!!!!

Delicious and fresh.

I was excited to finally use a real truffle in cooking. However, these truffles are super spongy and completely wet through the inside. They were so wet they couldn't be shaved, and were honestly a gross texture. It smelled like truffle, but worse. They weren't usable at all -- total waste of money.
