The Lansinoh Breast Therapy Packs have been incredibly helpful for me during some tough breastfeeding challenges. When I experienced mastitis, the cold packs provided much-needed relief from pain and swelling. Using the hot packs before nursing or pumping also helped with milk flow and comfort.Later, when I needed to start drying up my milk supply, the cold packs were a great way to reduce discomfort and inflammation. They’re easy to heat or chill quickly, and the soft fabric cover feels gentle on sensitive skin.If you’re breastfeeding and dealing with issues like mastitis or engorgement, these therapy packs are definitely worth having on hand. They made a tough situation much more manageable for me.

I had to buy another pair of these because we just moved and somehow lost my set from when I had my son 3 years ago. Probably good to get a new set with a new baby coming anyways. But I lovedddd these when I was breastfeeding with my first. I exclusively pumped and the cold helped really well with engorgement and clogs and then the heat helped with let down. So great! You do have to be careful warming them up because the plastic stretched a bit once when I warmed it up and it almost burst but otherwise, good quality and value.

Love these! Bigger than I expected them to be which I was really pleased with. The covers with the snap made them conform to the shape of my breasts and really brought some relief when I was engorged and sore from pumping and establishing breast feeding with my infant. I only used the cold feature, but it really helped soothe.

Bought these to get a head start on postpartum prep and to help with second trimester tenderness.Pros:- Shape of the pack contours to your curves- The center cutout avoids heat being directly applied to most sensitive area- Can be used on other parts of the body- Heats up quickly (15 seconds) for nearly instant reliefCons:- The fabric cover. I was expecting a smooth or silky material since you’re placing the pack on a sensitive area. The texture of the material is not extremely soft or smooth, and seems like it would pill after a little bit of use. Definitely a synthetic. Somehow reminds me of the material of cheap doll clothes.- If you overheat (microwave more than 15-20 seconds per pack) they get very hot and puff up. I wish the heating time wasn’t so sensitive because truth be told, at some point the microwave will get set to 30 seconds with them in and I have no idea what would happen.- To be fair, these aren’t advertised as an incognito relief solution, but I will mention that if you are wearing these in your bra it looks lumpy and noticeable.I just skip the cover and it gets the job done. I let the packs cool slightly and either apply to the skin or between layers. Not sure if that’s recommended but it works for me. Overall it’s a good value and the covers aren’t a dealbreaker for me. If I saw this on a friend’s registry, I’d buy it again for them.I use a combination of these and the Momcozy Hydrogel pads before bed on days I feel especially tender/sensitive during pregnancy.

a must have if you’re breastfeeding. freeze and heat up well. there’s a few times i have to heat them up for like a lot more seconds but either way they work well for production and getting rid of clogs. worth the money. come with cover so the heat or ice isn’t too much.

Helped a lot and kept anytime I started to get sore from breastfeeding! Love that I could switch between cold and hot!! Will recommend to anyone who chooses to breastfeed.
