Furyu Fullmetal Alchemist: Edward Elric Special Figure

Bought this for my daughter who loves FMA. She was thrilled with it. It took a little effort to snap him onto his stand but other than that he is perfect. She just kept turning him around and seeing all the little details they put into it. Really well made piece. Does not look cheap at all. Very sturdy. Great craftsmanship.

I don't typically write reviews for the items I purchase. However, I think this figure deserves my recognition. I'm a figure collector and I've collected many statues of high quality, some I've purchased for over $200. That being said, I've been around the block when it comes to critiquing good craftsmanship with figures like these. This item not only met my expectations but for the price, you could literally get no better deal anywhere else, especially for a fullmetal alchemist fan. The packaging was as expected, however the box came only slightly bent on one side but in all honesty, I didn't even notice it until putting the box on display. The figure came wrapped in secure bubble wrap and I couldn't find any flaws with the mold or painting after unwrapping it. The stand is awesome since most of my other figures only come with blank stands. The details are all superb and if I were a betting man, I would say this statue costs more than $100. But for the price of around $30, this is perhaps one of my favorite collectibles to date. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a figure for their home office or just a collection, it really is worth the money. :)

Nice and affordable figure. Note that there's two versions of this figure (the first version is a bit cleaner and simpler, and the second version is a newer one with some small extra paint details, notably on his red coat, and the alchemist symbol on the base), and I got the second version. Great overall!

The figure was a present for my spouse, and it is fantastic. It's great quality, with minute details that are just amazing. My spouse loves it. Now, do not use this vendor. I had not checked on the vendor, who does not provide any kind of tracking information, and apparently uses the slowest (cheapest) form of delivery possible. I was luckier than others, at least the packaging this figure came in was good quality, and it was not broken.

I don’t Wright reviews but this figure was too amazing to not leave one. The detail isn’t the figure is amazing you can see the dirty and burn marks on Ed’s coat. His metal arm looks actually metal and the scars wear is shoulder are look amazing. Overall a great purchase

This is a very well-done and detailed figurine of Edward Elric, the FullMetal Alchemist. The sculpting has Eric's automail arm on full display, with his tattered red State Alchemist cloak with its insignia, slung carelessly over his shoulder. If you are a fan of FMA, then this figurine would make a worthy addition to your collection.
