The scanner arrived promptly, well packed and was straightforward to assemble. However, scanned photographs had very poor colour saturation and were not properly in focus. A good idea spoiled by inadequate performance. The scanner was returned and refunded.

I have albums full of years of family, holiday, event and life story photos which are difficult to store and access. I am transferring these to my computer and an external hard drive so that they can be shared. I can do the long job of transfer while watching the television - not taking up hours on the shared computer!!!

First scanner broken sent back next one did not work poor product and very poor customer service no telephone service took ages to get replacement would not use this company again

Easy to use, good results even with very old photos. Could have done with facility to add narrative.

I have been disappointed with the quality of the scans, the colour is seldom correct and scanning negatives leaves much to be desired. There is also a loss of sharpness. I cannot recommend it, sadly. In its favour is ease of use and lightness of weight.

The transparences being copied are not top quality but the scanner produces a tru copy

Having accumulated a vast number of photograph albums over the years this machine is enabling me to covert their contents to DVDs. The results so far have more than met my expectations !
