This has a generous amount of product and the quality is pretty terrific. It's very dark, but I prefer my eyebrows to be dark to match my hair. This ink is great if you want choices to have for your preference specifically. Great price too!

I have been doing my own brows for awhile and used another popular microblading pigment brand. What I like about this Perma Blend formula is that it is a little thinner, yet clings to the blade very well. It is easy to wipe off, and I feel that it penetrates the skin well. The Blackish Brown color is recommended for deeper skin tones and while I am somewhat fair (Fitzpatrick type III, very light olive) I have used this color in areas that need sharp definition, like the "tail" of the brow rather than all over the brow. I have found that this color works well even on lighter toned skin when used sparingly and artistically. I also like the dispenser/dropper cap, which I had to get used to due to previous brands being a simple squirt lid where you really had to squeeze the bottle to get the pigment to flow out. The Perma Blend pigment does not need a significant squeeze, when I first used it I accidentally dispensed a much bigger puddle than I needed because you don't need to squeeze that hard. There is also a shaker bead inside the bottle to help with mixing (shaking the bottle) to ensure smooth and unseparated pigment fluid. I also found that this product did not cause irritation or any problems with healing. That is probably the most important criteria for me what I think about what brand I want to use next time. I will return to this brand for my future microblading pigment needs and am pleased to give it a 5 star recommendation.

This Perma Blend permanent makeup ink is intended for cosmetic tattooing. I use this particular shade for microblading/ tattooing eyebrows, eyeliner, and I've even done a beauty mark with it. The shade "Blackish Brown" is a deep brown with a cool mass tone and a cool green-yellow undertone. It has a lower opacity, which is ideal for a more natural look and a seamless blend. I've had great results with the Perma Blend pigments I've used. It does not disappear or become patchy after healing. The ink is great quality overall.

I’ve used this pigment on a few practice skins and clients, and overall I’m happy with the results. The consistency is smooth, making it easy to implant into the skin without feeling too thick or too runny. The color goes in evenly and healed to a natural-looking shade without looking overly harsh. The bottle is easy to dispense, and a little product goes a long way, so it should last a while. I also didn’t notice any separation after shaking it well before use. My only minor complaint is that the color healed slightly lighter than I expected, so I would recommend doing a patch test and considering your client’s skin tone when choosing the shade. Other than that, it’s a good-quality pigment for the price, and I would purchase it again.

The Blackish Brown shade worked well and gave a more natural look than a very dark black tone. The pigment seemed to apply smoothly and the color looked rich without appearing overly harsh. Took off one star because color preference can vary depending on skin tone and the exact look you're trying to achieve, but overall this was a good product and I’d consider using it again.
