I am absolutely thrilled with this cross stitch kit . I have been looking at it for the longest time in a catalog. It had a black background and is lovely. I kept debating about it because of the cost. I I discovered it on Amazon website , with a white background, and a coupon ,there was no debating, I bought it immediately!I can’t wait to start stitching !It is just as I imagined the kit would be . It was delivered as promised . You rock!

This is a beautiful, unique item that I can’t wait to finish. First time ordering one of Thea’s kits, and I was pleased to see the floss was already separated and on a floss card that can be used while working the project. The charts are large and easy to read. Far and above any other counted cross stitch kit I’ve ever bought.

Beautiful design but flaw in middle of fabric
I was so excited to receive this kit! Shortly after I began stitching, I found a flaw near the middle of my black Aida cloth that would not be covered in stitching and would be visible when framed. It looks like a stain on the cloth. I went to the seller’s website to see if they would replace the cloth, but it has been one week and I still have not received a response. I am disappointed with this company because I love their designs and had hoped to order more in the future. It makes me think twice now about it. I will be returning it.

Incomplete materials
I was so excited to get this kit and start on it. I have 9 of the 12 flowers completed and have run out of 3 of the colors of thread. In 40 years of cross stitching this has never happened. I have tried to contact Thea Gouverneur twice with no response from them. I have allowed more than a week since my first email. I am now trying to match thread at my local retailers. Very disappointed with the lack of a response by the manufacturer.
