Wireless charging does not work. Charging bank shuts down on its own. Steer clear of this item. I'm returning it. Waste of time. Housemate ordered one at the same time. His did the same thing. He returned his as well. Amazon needs to field test what they sell before offering it.

I would like to start with the fact that the design is nice and sleek. I like that when you open the stand, you can have a varying angle depending on your personal preferences. 20,000 mAh battery has yet to be tested, but I'm sure it will charge my devices many times before needing a re-charge. With the wireless charger, and two output USB chargers, you can easily charge 3 devices at once. Also, with the LED power display, you can easily gauge how much juice is left before you need to charge it again.As for my con's: The only reason I am not giving this product a 5 star review is because of the placement of the wireless charge. When the stand is propped upright, the wireless charging pad is simply too low to align with the wireless charging dock on my phone. I have a Pixel 3 XL, so I thought maybe it was because my phone was too tall. However I tried this with my old iPhone X which is much smaller, and it still was too tall to align with the wireless charging pad.The only way you can use the pad, is if you set your phone down sideways. While that is nice when you're looking to watch a movie or video, it's not ideal for everyday use if you want your phone upright so you can see any notifications come in. Very invonvenient.Essentially it's only good if you have the stand close to flat, and you set your phone on top, or if you set your phone sideways while the stand is open.It seems like a simple fix for future models of this charging device. Simply be more strategic with your charging pad placement so that it can align with the wireless charging docs on a variety of phones when put upright.Aside from this, I'm happy with the product, and will be using it regularly as I travel.

chaeges phone very good, even dual charges. HOWEVER, if you have added a Qi wireless adapter charger to your phone, it will not charge your phone, like other QI wireless chargers. I have two other wireless chargers that work fine and do charge my Note 4. I did in fact purchase it for the wireless part so i could watch videos and charge at the same time. But right now it's not possible. It is as big as a note 4 phone as well, that may be an issue for those that were looking for a small portable charger.

Just received this in a timely manner. Order on Friday or Saturday arrived on a Monday awesome delivery. Product seems to be holding true to description.I've seen these power banks without any of the features this has going for 2x to 3x the price.Took it to the gym after work to top off my phone just laid my phone on it when I was doing the workout. Even while streaming music and running fitness app it charged my phone as expected.Fit and finish seem pretty good, it's not slick; but isn't grippy either. Hopefully it lasts. So far I'd buy it again.

Allows you to use the phone while charging. One of the few designs that allows you to adjust the phone angle. It can be tricky to make the connection, especially in portrait mode though, and the status light is small.

I've now had this thing forever. Rock solid. Dual charging inputs, and built in qi. I'm hard on my toys, and this held up to abuse.

We made the charger work even though there were problems. It tended to stop charging even when there was a lot of charge left. This meant we had to keep an eye on it so we could try to restart it.

The folding wireless charger pad is very hard to pop out sometimes, and it’s apparent the internal battery isn’t quite fastened down (the insides rattle when shook lightly) but the system still works great and holds charge for a long time.
