Very disappointed with them
I'm giving it a 3 because this is the only site where I found that sells the refills . J C Penneys just started selling the mop to this last year as a Michael Graves mop .Now they don sell it nor the refills. Very disappointed with them.

Best sponge mop ever
Best sponge mop ever! Sponge will come un glued if left in water bucket too long. Mighe be ableto glue if I took the time to find the right glue. I have used this mop for at least 6 years.

Love this mop . Strong works great ,but finding the refills is the hard part.Thank god for the internet.
