Great for dry eye

Excellent consistency and good value
I had never used this product before, but I needed something to ease the irritation I get in my eyes after a long day in front of a computer screen, so I figured I'd give it a try. I was looking for an ointment rather than drops - ointments tend to be more soothing, even though they leave your vision blurred for a while after applying them. The texture and viscosity of the ointment is very good - no grittiness, and it hits that sweet spot right between too thick and too thin. The fact that it comes from Canada tells me that it's manufactured to a high standard, and it's less expensive than similar US-made products, so I'd have to say it's a good value. Even though this is a small tube, a little goes a long way, and I will probably need to replace it for safety concerns long before I've used it all up. (Safety tip - anything used on your eyes should be tossed out after about 4 - 6 months to avoid bacterial contamination.) And when I need to replace this, I will probably go back to the same brand.

Quality Eyecare with Lanolin for Dry Eyes
Quality eye care. I use ointment at night in severe dry eye. Has Lanolin, which seems to make a smoother ointment.
