These work well. My eyes used to throbe and hurt badly. I’m an I.T. Tech so I’m on the computer a lot. I did not want to ruin my monitors by placing these onto them.Instead I took the protector shield off on the top and left the part on the bottom, where it is sticky. I taped this to my monitor. I did this on two of them and wish I would have done this on the third one. However I ended up sticking that one. It works well but I should have taped it.I have had these blue light screen filters for over 6 months. So for those who do not want to stick this to your monitor then just tape it. Also on one monitor I had to cut it to fit the screen size.Summary, I would by this product again. My eyes do not hurt anymore and they no longer throbe.For extra comfort on my eyes, since I stare at the computer for long hours, I do two things. 1. I take a break every 30 minutes and get up, walk away for about 60 seconds and then come back. Usually, lol, I do a workout. 2. I use Dr. Christophers eyebright at least two to three times a day. I work with two monitors all day and felt drained at the end of my shift. My eyes were constantly red. Since the purchase, I have noticed that my eyes are less red and I feel less fatigued at the end of my shift.The only reason for the 4 stars is because there is a slight uncovered space in a corner, maybe it was cut incorrectly- but it does not affect the overall screen coverage. It comes with 2 screen protectors, handy instructions, dust cleaner, sticker dust absorber, alcohol wipe, and a small plastic -ruler shaped- tool to help remove air bubbles. I didn’t find the tool super useful but I am thankful it brought one. Wish it had an additional wipe for the second monitor, but no big deal since I had some rubbing alcohol at home. The material has a good thickness, and doesn’t cause an issue when trying to adjust it. It seems to stick well, but doesn’t give you that glue feeling. (Which is great since I don’t own my work monitors) Removed one to adjust it and no stickiness was left on the screen.I still have some issues with air bubbles being left - I tried my best when placing it on the screen and removing them. Was able to remove the majority, only small ones left. I have decided to ignore them, only really visible when the monitors are off. I hope it’s true that it does what i says it does, I cannot verify. I can only notice the differences I’ve seen/felt before andafter.

I am using on a computer monitor instead of a laptop so the anti-glare protector doesn't fit quite right but it does remove the glare and removes blue light which is why I ordered this product knowing it may not fit quite right. Since it doesn't lay flat on my monitors, I can see air bubbles when the background color of a screen is white but this is due to not being the right size for my monitors.This product would be perfect on the right size screen so overall it's a great product.

It did exactly what I needed - reduced glare and protected my eyes from blue light from the screen. I have not had a headache or eye strain in over a week

Everything was nice, it came well packaged and fast. My problem was that I had never did anything this big so I ended up with a few bubbles and specks of dust. It works well and does not have any glare.

I don't know if it works or not but it's a bit more reassuring to be pro health, eye protection, etc.

product was a piece of crap - bubbles were impossible to 'iron' out. 25 cents worth of plastic for $35 - what a waste of money! Amazon should no longer list products THIS bad!
