I have been using Ancient Nutrition products for over a year and if there is one product on the market that delivers on their promises it's their collegen products. Ancient Nutrition promises to promote hair, nail and gut health and my nails have never been longer or stronger and my hair hasn't been this thick since I was a kid. Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. Not stringy straight, full body straight. I no longer have any stomach aches after I eat so I can only surmise that my gut health has improved as well. These products come flavored but I prefer the non-flavored version to mix into my morning smoothie where I also add their Super Greens powder, Collustrum (Lemon Bar is my preferred flavor) and Pure Bone Protein. Ancient Nutrition powdered productions are almost a fine silt and blend easily. I was worried that my use of all of these products to rely on for all my nutritional needs was going to give me a poor report on my next fasting blood test. Instead it did the opposite. All of my blood levels were on target and any deficiencies I was experiencing vanished like the wind. If you are thinking about improving your health and have worries about thinning hair or nails that either won't grow long or easily break, I recommend Ancient Nutritions College products.

Wow! This is an amazing find. First. The taste is mild coffee and mild vanilla. It’s not sweet. It mixes instantly in cold water and delivers 42 g of caffeine that feels like more. I got a great caffeine rush. This would be good pre workout or as a afternoon energy boost. I’m reordering to have one container at work. Also, when I ordered, the ETA was two weeks, and I got it FEDEX in three days!

I highly recommend this product. It is a bit pricey but very worth it. I have been taking it for about 2 months now and I notice a huge difference. I took it because I lift a lot and work a very physically strenuous job, and wanted to improve my joint health. Not only has my joint health improved tremendously, but my skin, nails, and hair have too. My eyelashes are much thicker and longer, and my hair is in better health. The quality of the product is great too. I always get the cold brew flavor and mix it with milk and it tastes great. It is the only protein powder that I have no problem with drinking every day. 11/10 get some now.

This came recommended in chocolate flavor but I read there was stevia in it so decided to get the cold brew which did not have stevia. Cold brew has natural coffee and vanilla flavor. I mixed it in coffee and was pleasantly surprised. It does smell like vanilla but doesn’t give the coffee much of a vanilla flavor or any flavor for that matter. I think it’s a good way to get your collagen. I steered away from the unflavored because I was worried it would taste weird in the coffee but I think it might be ok. Might try that next time even though so far I am pleased with the cold brew. TBD re hair growth and help with joint pain. Oh and it dissolved instantly, not one single clump! Update: it’s been about 2 months and wow has this helped relieve joint pain. Also my hair has gotten very thick again. It started to get thin when I was diagnosed with Grave’s Disease and put on medication. Overall I would say this is a great collagen supplement...if only they could keep it in stock!

Super gross. 🤮 I love black coffee. Recently had a major surgery and need more protein to help my healing. Thought this might be a good new morning ritual. The taste is awful. Tried a few sips, thought I could get through it then the thought of drinking the entire container had me try to doctor it up. Added milk and sugar and I was able to drink the whole thing. I’m dreading another cup 😱😰
