So the past 6 months I've had horrible health issues. It all started when I felt like phelm was sitting over my voice box after I woke up one morning and it wouldnt clear. I don’t know about calling it a weight loss or diet pill, but I bought it because I hate drinking ACV. The sourness actually comes through on the tongue, but it’s brief if you swallow them quickly. The best thing about ACV is that it’s helped me with my bloating issues. I had been drinking it first thing in the am on an empty stomach for a couple of weeks with great results, but then I switched to this supplement because I wanted to see if I would still feel as good without the nastiness of having to drink it. I only had a couple of days that I had some bloating, but I think it was because of what I ate, nothing else, and I certainly don’t miss the ACV taste! Even tho I wouldn’t say I’ve really lost a lot of weight (well, I guess about 5 lbs) my belly is a lot happier In general, and my clothes are fitting again.
