There is no drainage plug or holes in Toter two-wheel (trash can) carts. Our cart bodies are manufactured as a single-piece design, using our Advanced Rotation Molding process. The Toter 64-gallon two-wheel cart measures 31.50 inches long, 24.25 inches wide, and 41.75 inches in height. With the lid "open" in the vertical position, the height is approximately 72 inches (32 inches for the lid plus 39.75 inches for the rest of the container).
