First of all the delivery service of amazon was up to the mark as always. Now the product, the one received is a really nice looking beautifully designed bluetooth earpiece. It is working perfectly and the audio quality and call reception is also really nice. In short it is one of the most amazing product again from Amazon and full value for money

We were promised that we would be able to speak to the other person call when this device is connected to phone through Bluetooth can just hear if we can get a call .but when we speak through the mike the other side cannot hear it .Basically it is not able to fulfill it promises.Secondly there is so much frequent disconnection of the Bluetooth device with the mobile which in turn which gives a lot of sound virationThirdly there is no refund policy . There is only exchange policy with the product.BEWARE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT BEFORE YOU BUY.YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT ME WHOEVER IS SEEING THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE PRODUCT.

The sound quality on this device is excellent. The battery lasts the whole day if you are using only one bud for calls.When using both continously for music lasts about 3-4 hrs.However, can be recharged with the little charging case very easily.Only problem faced at times is the short blips where the secondary bud stops for a fraction of a second and then comes back on.Doesn't happen much when seated. Happens more while walking.

The sound quality is not like that of Sony orother high brands headphones the sound is just decent ,but the biggest problem is pairing the device ,bcos it doesn't sync between both the ear pods .so I would recommend to go for Sony or other brands don't buy this one .

Decent quality and sound for its price.Still trying to get my head around it after 2 months of purchaseThere is a lag in one sound keeps cutting off. Hard to know which one is for the right and left ears as no R or L letters on the earphones.The customer service is shocking...they never answer any questions and can never be contacted. If U buy you are on your own.

One of the earpiece continously stops to work and i onlu used for 5 min of video and it start giving problem. By the way you will have to return it yourself. Amazon guy will not come to take it from you

Thus ear phones is really awesome and very deep base but One problem is that voice is not recorded while making a video.So please tell how can i record voicr for making a video. Its really important for me bcz. I have a youtube channel so please tell me. My mobile vivo y95
