Being a gym trainer I always consider health first and this product is perfect for all my steamy healthy veg and non veg dishes, Even it is very easy to operate , I personally make few healthy itmes , as well its quality and build isStrong , good material used , I really Loved it , Value for money

It is a very helpfull appliance in every kitchen where we are used to for pressure cooking and it also helps us in time of rush, No tension for counting pressure cooker whistles and safety, also container is big to cook food for family of 4 or 5. Automatic keep warm option works awesome, it helps in pre-planning and tension free cooking. Cook book guides us, how we easily cook different types of foods easily. Lid and pot are easy to clean, especially safety valve and detachable silicone ring helps in maintaining hygiene.

It's an useful appliance especially for Indians who are used to pressure cooking! No hassles of counting pressure cooker whistles! And safety wise this is much much better than pressure cookers.easy to use preset menus. Container is too big to cook rice for a family of 2 or 3 but we can stack containers inside the pot like how we do with traditional pressure cookers. What I didn't like about the product was lack of information provided in the user manual. Doesn't show or say anything properly about display, parts, how to operate...Etc. After using it for a couple of times I figured out where the damn float is! Even steam plate assembly instructions are not given properly.Everything is vague and confusing. You have to figure it out yourself somehow! Also in the manual there is no mention of where to get additional accessories if required. I don't understand, it's a new product, new concept, everyone dont know how to operate it. why can't they provide a detailed manual or a simple video demo of initial operation in the product info page or on YouTube. So that initially it will help people get going. Also I got a broken measuring cup inside! It's of low quality.

By April this year just short of 1 year, the steam started escaping as such, the pressure was not building up. By the time the Company reps attended to my complaint the Warranty period was over. I had to pay Rs. 1300 + 350 visit charges to get the problem checked and seen to. Unfortunately, the product was returned with the SAME PROBLEM! This time, the local representative technician Rizwan, told me that the necessary part had been replaced and the " steam needed to escape constantly while cooking or else the cooker would explode AND if the steam were to stop escaping I would have to manually use the escape valve or else the cooker would EXPLODE. I refused to accept his reasoning for the persisting problem. Anyway, I tried using it after a few days but the steam kept escaping and the food was not getting cooked properly and in a timely fashion. So, I stopped using it and after a few more days switched it "On" to give it another try. This time it just refused to come "On:!!! I raised a service request again and I got a call from Rizwan to say that NOTHING MORE COULD BE DONE!!!!!! When I refused to accept what he was saying, he condescendingly said that he would send someone to check it out. NOBODY CAME FOR THE VISIT. Instead I received a call from another man asking me to elaborate on the exact problem I was facing with this piece of equipment!!! I really list my temper and told him that this was a very old problem that had already been logged with the added problem of it NOT COMING ON. I promptly got a SMS and WhatsApp message to say that my service request MA1907240031 had been CANCELLED. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM WONDERCHEF. If the one you have bought is working, thank your lucky stars!!!!! I don't know what to do now. The last time too, they kept cancelling my Service Requests stating that the problem had been resolved. It took over one and a half months of this continuous cancellations before I got lucky and was able to speak to someone on the 1800 number. If anyone can guide me as to what I could do next to address this problem of the Company NOT CARING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would be very grateful.

I have used this a couple of times. It's easy to use, and the food turned out really good! I do recommend that you purchase this product for sure. easy to carry and time saving product with just 1 button. veg and non veg both options are there. i really really loved this product. thankyou wonderchef for this amazing product.

Very satisfied with the product and it’s at a good price too love that Amazon provides emi option too so it won’t burn a hole in my monthly savings

Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe book is not given. Its promised in the description but you will not get it. You can download e-book though. Everything else is fine.
