Tandy Leather Button Stud 3/8" (10mm) Screwback Nickel Free Nickel Plate 11311-02

Thank you Stecksstore for your prompt service. This was the first time I have used The Sam Brown Button Stud and it worked out terrific.I used it on my last knife sheath and blended in perfectly with the design. I do see that, as one reader said, they might not stand up to a lot of hard use, but for my purposes goes, it was exactly the look I wanted. It takes a little more work as far as using an extra layer of leather to correctly and neatly install the stud but the out come is well worth it.As far as the wear on the leather, I made this sheath more for the "cool look", (showing my age "cool" really?), than taking it on safari.

I love these button studs for making bracelets. I create my own bracelets using 1/8" leather, and these studs create a strong closure that does not pop open, and is very secure and looks good. They are easy to install, punching a hole and insert the screw. I have used them now on several bracelets and love them.

Cost to much but great quality

Price is ridiculous.
