It looks like its sturdy and good quality, its been a few weeks since installation, time will tell. But I think its value for money & quite easy to install. I do recommend the product.

Is there nothing you can buy on Amazon? I needed to fix the handle on our front door & it would have cost a lot more to get someone out to do it. Once I bought this part I fixed the handle in minutes at hardly any cost. Brilliant & job done.

Poor quality and the spring action is poor. I purchased these to try to make them fit my upvc door handles as the original spring cassettes are no longer sold. I intended to modify the internal structure to get them to fit. I tried the spring action and they were poor and the springs easily went out of line in the casing. I was unable to find a way to use these but it was worth a try. They failed to fit and the function was found to be poor so they may end up in the bin.
