Has not been effective on our 4c hair despite setting everything right, preparing, changing technique... will try again.

Great flat iron for the price.
Great flat iron for the price. I've used expensive irons and cheap irons and I would have to say this one ranks mid to upper scale. It does the same job the $60+ ones do. It heats up fast and handles well.

Not too bad for the price
The iron temperature is good--it gets good and hot! However, the power cord is shorter than the last one I had and I need to use an extension cord to sit at my vanity and flat iron my hair. The cost is mid-point and I rate the iron the same.

Great straightener & value!
Didn't realize there was a sticker on the plate before I turned it on & used it so it got stuck in my hair but luckily came out easily without damaging it. Works very well otherwise & you cant beat the price!

Great for the price. I used it specifically for making hair extensions at home and found the heat adjustment option very helpful.

Heats up very quickly and does the job!
I've used it once and it heated up really quick and changed the temp. from medium hot (setting 3) to super hot (setting 5) in less than a minute, amazing! It's a really good straightener for such a cheap price, one of the cheapest prices for a straightener that I've seen both in stores and online!
