I bought this battery for $7.10. (It was a return to Amazon.) For that price, I wasn't expecting much, but I've been very impressed except for one thing, which I'll mention later. But first, the good news. This battery is as strong as my original HP. I'm an author and use my computer all day every day for email, writing, research on the web, etc., If I'm pecking out words for a novel, I can go all day without charging. If I'm researching on the web, that obviously consumes more power so I might need to recharge. All in all, I'm impressed with the battery life.Now for the bad news! It doesn't fit correctly. Instead of snapping in flush with the body of the computer, one edge protrudes slightly. That is a small cosmetic issue that I can easily live with except for one really bad thing: I can't get it out of my computer! It appears that because it doesn't fit quite right, the release mechanism on my computer won't function. I suspect with a some effort I could get it out (or break something!) but it's functioning really great so I haven't bother to try very hard.

I have been using this battery for a week now, and it' as good as the original battery that came with my HP laptop. Very happy with the battery and the price. Received it on time; well packaged.

I purchased this battery after looking at a few in the Amazon catalog. I haven't had it too long but it fits my computer, it works and I didn't have to rob a convenience store to pay for it. I did mark it with the date it went into service with a silver permanent marker (a habit I developed long ago) so I can track its performance. So far, so good.

I bought this as a replacement for my wife's HP Pavilion. The laptop wouldn't stay on even when plugged in. Her battery was totally shot. Bought the K104 on Amazon. It arrived quickly and I installed it. After a full charge she has had no problems. Laptop runs like new and will go several hours of continuous use before recharge is required. Good battery at a very reasonable price. Glad I chose this one.

I had to return this battery without having an opportunity to charge or use it. The long edge that sits along the bottom of the laptop was terribly warped, preventing the laptop from sitting flat.

This battery later less than a year, 6 months was all we got out of it. Find another to buy
