Red LED Strip Light 16ft/5M 300 Units SMD 5630 12V Non-waterproof IP20 LED Tape Ribbon Lighting (NO Power Supply/Plug)

Exactly what i was looking for, these strips are a bright daylight white, non of the cool white which has a blue tint. The self adhesive tape works on some surfaces but not all, but i always double up with extra double sided tape t be safe anyhow. See the video, its a very nice white, and ill be buying more in the future.

I love these lights. I have used them on my mirror for years and my last set stopped working. The front room looked soulless without them! I bend them around the corners, the glue doesn't stick well there for long though and always have to add so extra adhesive.

These strips are cost effective and bright. They stick well to the aluminium channel (which really should be used to dissipate heat from the LEDs). I used daylight type which are close match with other daylight illumination in the same space.

Mine came with the screw terminal to barrel socket adaptor which was a nice surprise. They're fairly bright, and are driven at around 72mA per LED which is likely around half the maximum rating (which will reduce heat generation and increase the LED life). Some tips for people new to LED strips - * Don't run these coiled up for more than a few seconds as the heat will build up quickly * There's a significant voltage drop along the 5m length resulting in a graduated drop in brightness. Where possible, connect both ends to the power supply to avoid that, or run shorter lengths in parallel * If you're only connecting one end to the power supply, remove the tail end connectors or at the very least ensure they do not short out (I suspect this is the reason so many reviewers have had issues) * The seller is correct to recommend a 5A power supply. If you're using a 12V/1A power brick from an old scanner, expect problems! (or just power a 1m length) * LEDs can be dimmed, but you'll need to use an appropriate dimmer (check item descriptions/reviews for "constant current" or "PWM" and ensure it's rated for the appropriate power/current)

I was a little skeptical on how bright these would be so I ordered 10m for my van In actual fact after installing just 3 runs a total of 3.6m the vans lighting was transformed. It really is like daylight in the back now.

Bought for my little kid building project. Finally time came along to wire and connect the lights. The whole things does not works. As recommended connected via 12V adapter. No light gone on. When checked along the stripe. It has 8 places disjointed and soldered back. Please see image attached. Have no idea what part of the whole things being damaged. Real disappointment and very upset child. Not recommend to use this seller or check the product before the Valid return 14 days expires.

I used the product in my room and it brought beauty to the room. I can change the colour to whichever I want as it has lots of colours. I am planning to get more for the other rooms including my kitchen. It’s so lovely. I will definitely recommend this product

Bought 2 rolls of 5 meters and after installing realised it was closer to 8.5m

Ne correspond pas à mes besoins car ce produit n'est pas étanche, alors qu'en titre il est indiqué "watterproof". = confusion.

Habe es erstmal getestet, ob es funktioniert, nach kurzem Wackelkontakt leuchtete es rot. Allerdings nach nicht mal einer Minute wurde das LED Streifen sehr heiß. Habe es trotzdem am Fenster befestigt und anschließend in die Steckdose gesteckt.. Nach fünf Minuten roch es ziemlich verschmort im Zimmer, als ich schaute, waren die zwei Kabel ineinander verschmolzen. Es musste direkt ausgestreckt werden, um Gefahren zu verhindern! Für diesen Preis, finde ich dies eine Frechheit und hätte ich es nicht rechtzeitig bemerkt, wäre wahrscheinlich meine Wohnung abgebrannt!! Überhaupt nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Ich erhoffe auf Kontakt von Amazon!
