I got this as a surprise to my husband who does all the grilling in the house. He LOVES it!! The fact that it is portable so he can step away while still monitoring the meat is a big plus and it is so easy to clean. The digital read out it really nice. This has definitely stepped up our game for getting perfectly done meat!

Programming Temps - Hold the Start/Stop button for a few seconds when you are in the PROG option for each probe
Nice unit so far. The documentation is severely lacking, but like with most Chinese products you can figure it out. The one thing that you might want to know - to program the temp manually for the PROG mode hold the Start/Stop button for a few seconds and then to up and down arrow keys will work to adjust the temp. Also works to change the temps for the other meat options.
