3rd Purchase - Great Locks!
These are well made and reliable. Setting your own word to unlock is WAY better than remembering a combination! I’ve used two on dog crates and one to secure a medical box for a clinic. I’m a loyal fan of these!

It is hard to set sometimes.
I had one lock to come in malfunctioning, but the others worked great. It was easy to set when it functioned correctly.

It locks and won’t unlock
Can’t set my combo. Both my husband and I tried for over 15 minutes. Set my combo but the handle would not click into the housing. Finally, the handle clicked in… and does not come out. So the lock is locked with my combo on display. Returned it and got a 2nd one. Nope. Handle clicked into the housing but will not come out. This lock is now locked with the word MATCH. Cannot unlock.

Fun way to lock up your stuff
I love this! It is easy to set the code and brings some fun to locking up your stuff. I use it at work on a file cabinet that I share supplies with a specific group of people. It is fun. I have seen these used in escape rooms.

Perfect for our Escape Room!
Like many people, I ordered this lock to use in an escape room I was designing, and it worked out beautifully! I love the bright color and sturdiness. The kids thought it was pretty cool, too, and even the youngest was able to mess with it without breaking anything. Also like many, I did wish I could rearrange the letters rings, but I already knew that wasn't an option on this lock, and the locks that did allow that did not have as thoughtful a letter distribution on the rings, so they all have their limitations. Plus when the one I was sent had an issue, I reached out to the seller who remedied the situation immediately. So great lock and great customer service! [Photo of the container with the lock on it hidden amongst the sunflowers, which was the answer to the previous puzzle.]
