Does it have one button or two
Works fine but the pictures indicate that it's a single button remote. What I got was not. Would prefer the single button.

Would not sync
This seems like the remote that we use at our apartment complex but it could not be synced.

Did the trick at a lesser cost
I needed an extra to my gated community remote. If I turn it an old one they don't charge me any. If I don't turn in an old one, they charge me $50. I bought this and sent it in and got a spare free. Did the trick at 1/4th the price.

Works Just Fine
We needed a new remote for our neighborhood front gate. Our HOA charges $55 to get a remote through the association. I ordered this remote, and had them activate it at no extra charge. It works just fine.

Great price, so convenient, good range
If you can use this, it's so great to have my gate open with a keychain, don't have to fumble for the transmitter that fell off the visor and is somewhere on the floor in the dark. Love mine.
