Love this machine! I had one previously that quit vacuuming. Replace with identical unit. It definitely works wonderfully for saving food in your freezer. I also have the zip seal bags that I keep my cheese in for the fridge to keep it fresh longer. Highly recommend one of these devices.

Gift for my bride. We had borrowed a “FoodSaver” brand from a neighbor, we already knew the quality. Our new FoodSaver V4400 did not disappoint. Ordered December 2025 and received within a few days. We have already vacuumed sealed a lot of wonderful Christmas and New Year’s leftovers that otherwise would have been thrown out or left in the fridge to spoil. The food we have already vacuum sealed with our FoodSaver in a couple weeks has more than paid for the machine. Set-up, learning curve, and easy controls allow you to become a “vacuum sealer expert” within a few minutes of opening the box. It’s lightweight and the bag length cutter is a big PLUS. Stores easy under countertop. Function controls are simple: cut bag to length, seal end, fill bag, vacuum and seal. Automatic seal is great (no buttons to push). Green and red lights tell you when each phase is complete and the entire vacuum/seal process is well under a minute. It is little noisy, but you get used to it. Save money and prevent freezer burn. I highly recommend!

arrived fast easy to set up. Vacuumed and sealed food in premade Foodsaver bags. Able to use accessory for foodsaver containers. However, can not make bags from the roll as it will not seal.Spent 2 hours trouble shooting on the phone and with book and on Utube. Nothing worked. Loved the foodsaver premade bags after putting food in just had to put filled bag in vacuum and seal worked well no guess work on how far to insert. For the price I paid it should work as advertized. Being able to make whatever size bag you need from the roll is very important. This was a Foodsaver 4400. Help is an automated line advising you to check gaskets upper and lower. good luck with with that, everything looked and felt like plastic. after setting up my return decided to give it one more chance and the seal works now so the return was cancelled and with the sealer working will give it 5 stars

I should probably wait until I've had it a while, but I have had the older version of this for 7 years, and it worked great. The old one acted up last week and I had a bunch of chicken open and ready to seal for the freezer. Turns out it was kind of gross inside and it worked after I cleaned it. I decided to look for a new one. I tried another model from FoodSaver and I didn't like that it was manual, so I ordered the V4400. It arrived today and I used it to put a large package of pork chops into the freezer in smaller vacuum sealed portions. It works great! faster and more powerful than the manual models.

This is my first ever Food saver vacuum sealer and so far I like this product. It's easy to use and by using this food savor we are able to store our food in the freezer for longer time. The build quality is as expected from a well known brand. I will not hesitate to another Food saver product again in future.

I previously had a cheap model foodsaver for nearly a decade. Nothing fancy, but it worked. Finally died, so I bought this. One of their higher end models, all the features I wanted. But 3 weeks in, it stopped working. First it stopped pulling a vacuum. Then bag recognition died, so it wouldn't start even if it could actually pull a vacuum. The hand attachment obviously did nothing at this point, since the vacuum pump wasn't working. Dead as dead can be. So I thought I'd try my hand at requesting warranty support. A 5 year warranty, less than a month in, how difficult can that be? Support is nearly non-existent, and truly horrible. Sure, they have a 5 year warranty. But once you finally get past their chatbot (and, really, did I? I suspect that their "human" reps are just more chatbot), they'll tell you they have no replacement parts (this is nearly a top of the line model, how do they not have any spare parts?!), and if you try to replace your defective unit, they'll only offer to replace it with something that costs a third as much and has half the features. You will never get a replacement of your same model, at least not at the high end of the product line. They should be sued for failing to honor their warranty terms. Overpriced products with zero quality control and somehow even less support. Pick any other brand. I will never buy this company's products again. If it weren't for amazon's excellent return policies, I'd be stuck with this overpriced plastic brick.

I am really excited about my vacuum machine thus far; turning roasts into steaks, buying club packs (& freezing) and vacu-packing vs canning. Dislikes: *Does not hold the really large inexpensive plastic rolls though they are easy to cut to length by hand. Likes: *Ease of use *Vacuum power *Speed *It's fun to use I have never used a vacuum machine before so I can't compare with an unknown industry standard, but this is very good.

I purchased this from a UAE site and brought it to Somalia, expecting it to work in Somalia as both the UAE and Somalia use the same voltage standard (220V). However, upon trying to use it, the machine turned on briefly and then shut off. After some investigation, I discovered that the product is designed for 110-120V, which is incompatible with the 220V standard used here. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the product to the UAE due to logistical reasons. I am requesting assistance to resolve this issue, such as a replacement or a partial payment option for a compatible product. This situation has been quite frustrating, and I hope you can offer a solution to help address this problem.

وصلني في حالة جيدة والاشكال في الكهرباء 110 وعندنا في السعودية 220 فيلزم وجود محول ولذلك ارجعته ولم استخدمه مع ان الذي اعرفه ان الجمارك لا تسمح بدخول اي جهاز مخالف للمواصفات والمقاييس السعودية ومنها جهد الكهرباء وساضطر للبحث مرة اخرى عن جهاز مناسب

Le rouleau peu être rangé à l’intérieur. J’ai acheté le plat pour mariné pour accompagner. Un appareil indispensable pour la famille. Économie temps et argent. Mon seul regret est de ne pas l’avoir acheté avant
