This prenatal yoga/exercise ball has been perfect for my prenatal stretching and exercises and beyond. It’s also a fun bouncing toy for toddler boys... as my son thinks I bought this for him and has taking a liking to it The size is perfect for sitting comfortably and doing gentle stretches, pelvic tilts, and hip-opening exercises. It feels very supportive and helps relieve pressure on my lower back and hips. The material is thick, sturdy, and feels high quality. It’s easy to use and has held up its shape incredibly well after many exercise sessions and my crazy toddler jumping and bouncing to his hearts delight on it. It inflates easily with the included pump and holds air well. I did have to re-pump it just a tad once after a couple months of use. I also like how versatile it is. Beyond prenatal yoga, it works well for light workouts, posture support while sitting, and now I’ve had my baby, I’ve even have used it for tummy time activities with him. Color is as expected. Highly recommend for expecting moms looking for comfort, movement, and support. High quality without breaking the bank.

This was just what I was looking for to enhance my workout program. The ball was easy to inflate and has held the original inflation after many uses. It is also a nice texture, I love the color and I think it will last a long time!

This ball is fantastic. From opening it up with no bad smell to the ease of inflation. Strong, stable and sturdy ( yet feels soft ) when inflated. Great value.

Easy to inflate. It does what I need it to do, however, it does not hold air very well. I have to pump it back up at least once a week.

I love this excercise ball so much and use it everyday. Easy to put together though need some efforts to pump it up manually but I didn’t mind. The ball is very sturdy. Great quality. Would buy again.

Great yoga ball, Its been super helpful during prenatal exercises. Was easy to fill up and has easy instructions. The color is accurate and doesn't bleed or anything weird. Def worth my money

I just bought my second one because my first one finally popped, only because my cat is a butt-head sometimes. Previously I had the largest one available and it lasted me over 2 years. I even had the older pump that looked like a mini accordion but I would just self blow it up manually by blowing into the hose. My wife and I use this as a chair, for exercising with kettlebells, and the occasional "Oh man what's that pain in my back?!" cracking session. When we were larger (325 lbs and 285 lbs) We purchased the larger ball but now that we are 225 and 195 we figured we would move down a size or two and purchased the simple "Large" ball. The newer pumps work just like old fashioned animal balloon pumps and made filling the ball super fast. It took me about a minute or two and then just like the instructions suggested, I came back after a day or so and filled it some more as it adjusted and fully opened up. These are super bouncy and seem to withhold a lot of weight. Honestly the only "con" is that if you place the ball directly against painted walls it tends to get sticky and keep some of the paint. I'm not sure why but to be fair the paint job in this apartment is pretty bad so I'm blaming the paint job, not the ball lol. Overall one of my better purchases, I plan to buy another one soon so I can use it as a chair when my wife has the other one.

Wow words for this ball and it’s speedy delivery fails me. It is strong and as described should be purchased depending on one’s height, this I did which is proving a great help for my knees injuries. From ordering it arrived within 24 hrs. I am still puzzled on how it was humanly possible considering I live on an island on the western isles. Incredible service!

I bought the Trideer 9‑inch Pilates ball to add some variety to my home workouts, and it turned out to be a great little tool. The material feels durable, has a nice grip, and doesn’t slip even on hardwood floors. Inflation was quick — the included straw pump works fine — and the ball holds air really well. It’s firm enough for core exercises but still has a bit of give, which makes it comfortable for Pilates, barre, and stretching routines. I’ve been using it for balance work, glute activation, and lower‑back support, and it adds a surprising amount of challenge for such a small ball. The exercise guide is a nice bonus if you’re just getting started. Overall, a simple but very effective addition to any home gym
