Q: What is the shelf life

im not sure but i do know it is about enough to treat 100 gal . I bought all three seb products available ferom amazon after watching an all corn mash video on you tube . had to refer to his instructions for amounts required -no instructions included ,. website that i was directed to told me if i doubled corn i could double potential ABV OF WASH - TURNED OUT TO NOT BE TRUE- I WISH I HAD NOT spent six hours hand milling an extra fifty lb bag of cracked corn . the sebstar did work as reported and converted all starches to sugar in 90 min at very high temp (190 degree ) i used the gl and also used gl and visco seb but not sure they apply to distillers wash or any more effective than thew powdered amylase blend . to sum it up sebstar is a great product in that you can immediately use it to stopgelatiinization of corn and works at the temp required to do so = it is however expensive and since i produce neutral spirits and want a high aBV WASH - SUGAR IS THE ONE DOING THE REAL WORK AND I END WITH VODKA/EVERCLEAR ANYWAY THAT I THEN FLAVOR OR Age- so i need hto let go of tradition and accept that i am not a moonshiner but an artisan distiller- i am leary of stinky product and have not been doing it nearly long enough to produce a smooth corn liquor in the traditional manner=- nor the desire or patience, If you are a beer or wine person im sure this was less than helpful
