This product is great for pre workout or even recovery or even for just a little boost in your daily life. I have been looking for something all natural with little fillers and this was perfect. Lately I had been feeling a bit lethargic, and tired especially after all the holiday festivities, started using these when they came in and it got me going again full swing! The only downside is there is so much good stuff in it the taste isn't all the great, but I would rather that then it being filled and masked with a bunch of things not good for you. I would highly recommend to a friend !

I brought this on a recent business trip, since bringing my tradtional pre-workouts on a plane is a huge hassle. The results were actually better than expected. I took this every morning, to get in a quick workout before meetings and not only did I have great workouts, but I felt focused and energized for about 4 hours after as well. Didn't even need a coffee untill the afternoon. I was working long hours all week, and taking this in the morning helped me recover from my long workday much faster even though I wasn't sleeping as much as I wanted. Only thing I'd caution against is taking this at night, because you continue to feel the effects for a few hours after taking it.

Two day delivery! Product came faster than expected and just in time to help fuel a workout I was dreading. It gives me the energy to prepare for workouts, finish strong and eases the recovery process as I head into my 30s. As mentioned in previous reviews, this is a great hangover remedy as well (as those are definitely more and more challenging in this decade)!

Finally the holidays are over! For the rush i drank a few of these to keep me going! I tried some other brands and techniques to keep my energy up, but this by far is the solution! I was able to have natural energy without being jittery. Thats always been my biggest problem. But I think i finally found a solution! Amazing!

I ordered the product and it came in 3 days! I workout hard, but I go out harder. Ive been dealing with slow recovery(growing old sucks) and this supplement makes me feel like I'm back in college. I drink it with my post workout meal and right before I go to bed after a night out. This supplement is definitely worth it.
