Easy installation. Works great
Bought this to replace a broken sash. My house was built 2003 I was hoping that this would be compatible and it 100% was. This made installation very easy without having to drill any additional holes. Quality is good. Works well. Would buy this product again

Worth it
We got a price from window mfg to replace the broken lock. Looked around and found this. It works well, seems fairly secure. It screwed in and lined up with the old holes. Was easy to replace the old one.

Not quite right for my renewal by Anderson windows. Original windows installed 2008.
Great quality but description was not appropriate for my Anderson windows.
