Fit well
I used this to replace a broken handle on our old Faberware pans. Fit perfectly

Great replacement! Saved our frying pan from being trashed.
After 20+ years, the original handle on our large frying pan finally broke. I really had no idea they made handle replacements, so I was happily surprised when I found this handle. It is very sturdy, and I expect it will last a long time. Like other reviewers noted, the end did not fit easily into the slot on the pan, but I was able to get it in with a bit of force, and the handle is solidly in place. It's certainly better than being too loose where the handle is "floppy".

Look just like the originals but take longer screws
These seem well made and just like the original Farberware handles except the mounting part of the handle is thicker and requires a longer screw to engage the threads on the pan. As another customer stated, these take an M5 x 40mm stainless steel screw available at ACE hardware. The ones I obtained had a larger head on them than the originals but I was able to get them in the handle without too much effort.

Made my 50 year old Faberware like new!
My husband had no trouble replacing the handle. It worked beautifully, however, as others have mentioned, he will take the pan to ACE hardware to get a new screw as well.

It didn't work with the original Farberware screw. But one that's dealt with, it's a great product.
I put an decades old Farberware fry pan in the oven with a too-heavy chicken in it. That combination snapped the original handle. It was really difficult to find a proper replacement, but this one ultimately did the job. The glitch was that the screw that held in the original handle was not long enough to secure the replacement. It didn't reach the threaded hole.I took the pan and the original screw and the new handle to the nearby Ace hardware store. They had an exact replacement screw, but that was the longest. I went online (Home Depot) and found that their selection of metric screws topped out just one jump longer than the original. That was all I needed. The new handle is in place and doing nicely, thank you.I won't roast another chicken in that pan however. My bad.

Not great but no other option
These handles are plastic, unlike the originals, and the screw that worked with the original handles don't work with these new plastic handles. So I will be scrounging for an appropriate screw, and I will be making sure the handles are never over a flame. None of this is new information, but I thought I would reiterate what others have reported. it still beats throwing away a perfectly good sauce pan because you can't find replacement handles.
